WINDOWBREAKER AT SUNDANCE 2007

Windowbreaker has been selected to play at Sundance this January!

From indiewire.com:

"A total of 71 short films will screen at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival (January 18 - 28, 2007), representing 19 countries. This year's roster, selected from 4,445 submissions, will include a selection of films that are screened online via the Sundance website for three months (January 18 - April 18, 2007). The lineup (listed in full below) is grouped into six categories, showcasing both U.S. and international dramatic, documentary, and animated work."

We are showing in the US dramatic section.

If anyone knows anybody who will be at Sundance this year, please contact us. We will be rolling with about four or five people, and we're eager to meet other filmmakers.

We will also be participating in Sundance Online from January to April, so we'll make a post when it goes live.

WOODSTOCK FILM FESTIVAL

Windowbreaker has been invited to screen at the WOODSTOCK FILM FESTIVAL!

From the festival website:

"The Woodstock Film Festival has established itself as one of the best independent film events in the country by premiering exceptional films by established and developing filmmakers. The fest also present A-list concerts, parties, panels, and creates innovative and stimulating programming including Focus on Music, Exposure and Youth Initiative."

Last year's festival hosted names such as Steve Buscemi, Kevin Bacon, Ethan Hawke, Aidan Quinn, and Cinetic's John Sloss (my writing partner Mike Weiss's hero). Hopefully it will be a good turnout this year.
